Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer or carton.

Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

Drop Off
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a refund confirmation once our warehouse inspects the return.
